Recruit's automatic interview scheduling allows candidates to book directly into your diary at a time that works for both of you - no more place holding and back and forth with candidates!

First, you need to make sure your diary is integrated with Recruit.

You can then set your diary availability under Settings - Personal - My Preferences.

Here, you can set parameters for the dates and times you would like to be available for interviews. You can also confirm the date format and time zone you want to use. Recruit will only offer slots within these parameters, and any existing events in your diary:
