Our expert advisors can build a handbook for you from scratch building out the policies you want for your business. This service will include a consultation, draft versions before a final version is created all within 6 - 8 weeks when you'll have your handbook! All for only £1500 plus vat.
Handbook Review
Our expert advisors will review your existing handbook, update policies in line with compliance and best practise and will recommend any progressive policies you may want to implement. This one off service sits at £1000 plus vat.
In office HR support 2x per month
A CIPD Level 7 qualified advisor will sit with you in your office, or virtually for two whole days a month acting as part of your HR team for £1199 plus month.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Health Check
Our team will have you complete a DE&I health check survey, then set up an initial call to discuss DE&I efforts/journey to find our your goals. This will then be followed up with a DE&I action plan tailored to you for a one off fee of £1000 plus vat.
