CharlieHR's pricing depends on the size of your team, starting at £5 per month for teams of 1-4 people.

Your subscription gives you full access to our core features which includes holiday management, (unlimited) document storage, reviews and perks!
We also have an additional HR advice service, which you can read more about here.
If you add or remove team members during your billing period, this will be reflected in the following bill.

All prices exclude UK VAT - which is charged as +20% on your base price.
Setup fees or additional costs?
No, there are no one time implementation fees or set up fees. To use the CharlieHR platform, you will only ever pay the standard monthly cost
Yes – we offer a 7 day free trial. You have access to all of our core features. No credit card details required. If you do input your payment details early, don't worry all users are entitled to the 7 days free!
Is there a minimum contract or annual plans?
No, Charlie is a monthly rolling subscription, with no minimum contract or notice period. You can cancel your account at any time.
How do I pay?
Charlie accepts all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. We will automatically take payment from the card associated with your account on your monthly billing date. Want to know when your billing date is, find your invoices, or update your card details? Check out this article
How much does HR Advice cost?
For companies smaller than 10 team members, HR Advice costs £179 + VAT per month.
For teams bigger than that, it’s £299 + VAT.
