Bespoke account set up and configuration

Your Charlie account will be set up for you, so it will all be ready to go when you move over.

Software training for your entire team

We'll make sure everyone on your team has the tools and the knowledge to be able to use the app, to avoid any confusion and ensure the transition to Charlie is smooth and stress free.

A named, dedicated support contact

Your Customer Success Manager will be on hand to help with any of your Charlie needs and ensure you're having the best possible experience with us.

Priority support response

When you come through to receive support, you'll jump to the front of the queue with a first response to all your queries during business hours.

Access to exclusive HR training clinics

Our qualified advisors will be able to provide you with expert advice on a range of HR practices.

All packages include access to the Charlie software for your whole team.

Billing is monthly, for a minimum of 12 months, and is on an auto-renewal basis.
