This article will cover the three ways you can share your job to LinkedIn through Recruit: paid adverts, free adverts, and sharing to your LinkedIn company feed.

Note: Depending on your LinkedIn plan, there may be costs associated with adding jobs to your company page - this is something you will be able to handle and manage with LinkedIn and not with Charlie Recruit. LinkedIn have subscription information here.

LinkedIn free job posting

To connect your company LinkedIn page, head to Settings - Integrations - Company Integrations.

Select LinkedIn Jobs Basic in the pop up, and input your Company ID. Your LinkedIn Company ID is a string of numbers, usually 6 to 9 digits long, that is unique to your company. The guide here explains where to find this code.

You will then be able to post your jobs to LinkedIn from the Sharing stage of job set up - simply toggle on InJobs under Free Job Boards.

LinkedIn paid job posting

To connect your company LinkedIn page, head to Settings - Integrations - Company Integrations.

Select LinkedIn Jobs Premium in the pop up, and input your Company ID. Your LinkedIn Company ID is a string of numbers, usually 6 to 9 digits long, that is unique to your company. The guide here explains where to find this code.

Once your Company ID is entered, click connect an account to fetch your Contract ID (this field will auto-populate).

You will then be able to post your jobs to LinkedIn from the Sharing stage of job set up - simply toggle on InJobs under Paid Job Boards.

Sharing to your LinkedIn company feed

If you're the Recruit Account Owner or an Admin on Charlie Recruit, you can set up a company-level integration with LinkedIn which will enable you to post jobs from your company page as a 'social media' feed post.

Note: The person enabling this integration must have admin access for their company LinkedIn account for jobs to post to these pages and set up this integration. If they are an admin for multiple companies, then the job will post from all companies they are an admin for so we recommend checking this before you go ahead.

To set up this integration, head to Settings - Integrations - Company Integrations - Connect (next to LinkedIn). You'll then be prompted to sign into your LinkedIn account, and Save.

You will then be able to toggle LinkedIn on and off at the Sharing stage of job set up for a post to be created advertising the role from your company page, which will look like the example below:
