Once your job has been set up in Recruit, you can automatically post your advert to any of the free job sites we are directly integrated with - Adzuna, Jooble, Career Jet, Google Jobs and CV Library.
This is done in the Sharing stage of your job set up process.
Simply toggle on any of the free job boards where you would like your advert to appear:
The advert will then automatically generated on the job site, and your applicants will appear under Applied in your job kanban.
Note: Only account owners and Admins can do this for every role, while Job owners can only do this for roles they own.
Closing a job advert
To close an advert from one of these sites, head to the three dots to the right hand side of the job - Edit - Sharing, and toggle the site off.
Note: The jobs will not be immediately taken down from these boards, but will be removed from the next 'scrape' for jobs which is usually within 24 hours depending on the provider.
