Inviting recruiters to a job

Invite your recruiters to submit candidates to your jobs.

Note: Only Account Owners and Admins are able to invite recruiters to any role. Users can only invite recruiters to roles they have created.

Invite a recruiter through a job

To invite a recruiter through the job listing:

  1. Head to Jobs

  2. Click the three dots

  3. Edit

  4. Sharing

  5. Invite Agency Users.

You can then type out the email address of your recruiter, and click save.

When invited into a job, recruiters will receive an email to notify them, and in-app notifications on their Recruit dashboard.


Invite a recruiter through the Agencies page

  1. Head to Settings

  2. Company

  3. Agencies

  4. Invite Agency Users

  5. Save

And just like that you are all done!
