As a Charlie Recruit Account Owner or Recruit Admin you can easily manage who has access to Recruit from Charlie, here's how

Note: Only Charlie Recruit Account Owners and Charlie Recruit Admins are able to add and remove team members from Charlie Recruit.

Adding Team Members to your Charlie Recruit Account

As a Charlie Recruit Account Owner or Recruit Admin, you can add team members to your Charlie Recruit account directly from Charlie. Click 'Add people to Recruit' - select the team members you want to grant access to and permission level you want to grant them - click 'Add people'

Managing Permission Levels

As a Charlie Recruit Account Owner or Admin, you can change the permission levels for team members.

To do this, go to the 'Access tab' for Recruit in Charlie - Find your team member - Change permission level - Submit.

Removing Team Members from your Charlie Recruit Account

To remove a user from Recruit, go to People with access on your Recruit page - Find the person who's access you wish to revoke - Click the bin icon next to their name.

They will no longer have access to Recruit, but you can re-invite them at a later date. Ownership for any roles they were the job owner of will default to your Recruit Account Owner.
