Super admins and admins have the ability to manage poll settings as well as export poll responses into a CSV in Charlie.

In the Polls and Survey page, you can see all the polls your company has created and run in Charlie. You have the ability to filter your polls based on their status 'finished', 'in progress', 'paused', and 'upcoming'.

  • Log into your Charlie account

  • Expand the Company tab on the lefthand side

  • Click on Polls and Surveys

    • You will see the names of all the polls you have set up and/or run in Charlie

Clicking on Actions on the right hand side of the poll allows you to:

  • Delete a poll

    • Deleting a poll will permanently delete the poll- all questions and results will be deleted immediately.

  • Export the poll results into a CSV

    • Click 'results' to see the responses to your questions

    • Click 'export results' at the top of the page to download and export your results into a CSV.

    • You can only see results if 25% or more of your company responded to a poll question

  • Pause a poll if in progress or upcoming.

    • This will prevent a any upcoming questions to be sent out until you 'unpause' the poll

Clicking on the name of the poll will take you into the poll and clearly show all the data from the (anonymously) submitted answers for each question that was sent out.

For an in progress poll or an upcoming poll, you can see the upcoming questions as well as the dates they will be sent out to your team.
