Super admins and admins have the ability to manage poll settings as well as export poll responses into a CSV in Charlie.
When utilising our Polls feature, you may want to use the results in company reports to share with other members of the team, who may not have the permissions within Charlie to see the overall outcome of polls.
You may also have a Poll that you no longer need responses for, or one that turns out to be no longer needed. In this article, we'll go through how you can delete and export polls to help you manage them and further improve the success of polls and make them work for your team structure.
In the Polls and Survey page, you can see all the polls your company has created and run in Charlie.
Log into your Charlie account
Expand the Engage tab on the left-hand side
Click on Polls & Surveys
You will see the names of all the polls you have set up and/or run in Charlie
Clicking on the poll name on the lefthand side brings you to the poll page where you can:
Delete a poll
Deleting a poll will permanently delete the poll- all questions and results will be deleted immediately.
Please note: Deleting an upcoming repeating poll will stop it from repeating in future

Export the poll results into a CSV

This will provide you with a CSV file which you can then open as a spreadsheet to share with the team

Stopping future repetitions of a poll will cancel any future duplications of this poll from being scheduled.
Please note: You can choose whether to also delete any already scheduled upcoming instance of this repeating poll as part of this flow using the "also delete" checkbox in the modal
Just click 'stop repeating; in the repeating poll box once you've opened a poll and confirming by clicking 'stop repetition'
Clicking on the name of the poll will take you into the poll and clearly show all the data from the (anonymously) submitted answers for each question that was sent out.
For an in-progress poll or an upcoming poll, you can see the upcoming questions as well as the dates they will be sent out to your team.
