Note: Only Admins and Super Admins can create review templates.

Peer feedback is a feature of Charlie's reviews tool that allows a manager to gather feedback from colleagues as part of a review cycle, a process often referred to as 360 feedback, or 360 reviews. Peer feedback can be added to a review whenever you create a new review cycle in CharlieHR.

To include peer feedback in a review Cycle, you need to ensure that the template you are selecting does indeed include a peer feedback section.

If you do not yet have a template that include peer feedback (some default Charlie templates already do) you can easily create a new one.

To create a template that include peer feedback, you can follow the below steps:

  1. Head to the Grow -> Reviews section on Charlie

  2. Navigate to the "Templates" page

  3. Click "Create custom template"

  4. Ensure that you have selected the peer feedback section

  5. Fill in your Peer Feedback questions

  6. Once you are happy with this press save

And just like that your new template should be saved in your "custom templates" section, ready to use whenever you need in.
