Note: Peers feedback can be submitted by any permission as long as an invitation has been sent to the individual.

Once a review cycle has been created and peer feedback requests have been sent, you will be receiving an email invitation prompting you to answer the peer feedback questions in the Reviews area of Charlie.

To respond to peer feedback:

  • You can navigate to the Reviews -> Peer Feedback section in Charlie

  • Click the email invitation and you will be taken to the exact page.

Responding to a peer feedback request

Once you have navigated to the peer feedback page, you can start answering the questions in the same way you would submit your own review answers.

Anything you type will be saved as a draft so if you do need to leave the page you will be able to come back to the text you have typed. (Please do give Charlie a few seconds to save your responses as they are not recoverable if removed).

Once you have finalised all of your peer feedback you can submit the responses and notify the reviewer and reviewee that your submission in now completed.

Just like that your peer feedback is submitted.

Can I see the content of the review if I am submitting peer feedback?

As a Team member submitting peer feedback, you will not have visibility of the review content. You will be able to see the other participants (reviewer and reviewee) but not what they have submitted.

Note: If you are a super admin submitting peer feedback you will have visibility of the review content as you have the highest permission available on Charlie. All other permissions will only see the participants and not the content.

Can they see who has submitted peer feedback?

Yes the participants of the review you are submitting peer feedback to, will be able to see who has submitted. Anonymous peer feedback is not available yet in this version of reviews.
