Note: Peer feedback anonymity is selected by the peer prior to submitting their answers. If the reviewee is a Super Admin, the option to anonymise feedback will not be available.
How to request peer feedback
The new Beta review templates allow for specific peer questions meaning when the request is received, the peer can answer the specific questions outlined in the review. This can be done, by following the directions in this articles:
How to respond to peer feedback
Once a review cycle has been created and peer feedback requests have been sent, you will be receiving an email invitation prompting you to answer the peer feedback questions in the Reviews area of Charlie.
To respond to peer feedback:
You can navigate to the Reviews -> Peer Feedback section in Charlie
Click the email invitation and you will be taken to the exact page.
Once you have navigated to the peer feedback page, you can start answering the questions in the same way you would submit your own review answers.
Anything you type will be saved as a draft so if you do need to leave the page you will be able to come back to the text you have typed. (Please do give Charlie a few seconds to save your responses as they are not recoverable if removed).
Once you have finalised all of your peer feedback you can submit the responses and notify the reviewer and reviewee that your submission in now completed.
Anonymising your feedback
Either before you start typing your feedback or once you are done, you can navigate to the top of the feedback form and select if you wish to hide your name or include your name.
Hiding your name will make the feedback anonymous for the reviewee, but the reviewer will still see your name.
If the reviewee is a Super Admin, the option to hide you name will not be available, as Super Admins by default can see all review content.
And just like that, your feedback is now anonymous.
