Set up your branding elements to personalise your Recruit

Brand your candidates' application journey by uploading your logo and customising your font colour.

Uploading your logos

You can add two logos on Recruit to be used across the platform - your main brand logo, and your email logo. Head to Settings - Company - Profile to upload these.

Your brand logo will appear at the top left of your application page for your jobs:

Your email logo will appear at the bottom of the emails sent to candidates:

Notes on formatting:

  • Your brand logo dimensions should be 184px by 50px. The max file size is 200kb. The format should be .png with a transparent background.

  • Your email logo should be 365px by 120px. The max file size is 100kb. The format should be .png. The email footer's colour is fixed to be white, and you can include a coloured or black logo for it to stand out.

Customising your font colour

You can also customise your brand colour, which will be used on the application page for your jobs. This can be changed under Settings - Company - Profile - Brand Colour.
