Create and Customise Your Careers Site

With Charlie Recruit, you can create and customise your own careers site in just a few clicks!

Charlie Recruit comes with the ability to create and customise a careers site (no coding expertise required) so you can easily share your job openings with the wider world, and get your recruitment moving right away.

As an Account Owner or Admin, you can view and edit your careers site by heading to Settings --> Career Site --> 'Customise' to get started!

When creating and customising your careers site you are able to:

Adding your company's logo

To add your company's logo at the top of your careers page, click the edit button -> find the image you want to use -> upload your new image -> hit open and it's as simple as that!

Replacing images

Note, your images must be less than 5MB.

To change the images in your careers page, click the edit button -> find the image you want to use -> upload your new image -> hit open

From here you'll be asked to crop your image for desktop and crop your image for mobile. You can zoom in and out to get the right image for you!

Updating text

When you start to customise your careers site you'll find we've left some placeholder text and best practices you might want to follow including the Page Title and 'About Us' section.

To replace these, overwrite the sections with the text you'd like to display instead.

Adding, removing, and reordering sections

We know that not every company operates in the same way, so not every careers page looks the same, either!

You can add more sections from our templates by clicking the settings cog in the top left corner --> clicking 'Add a section' --> finding the section you want to add --> clicking add. This will add a copy of this to the bottom of your page.

If you want to change the order of these sections you can do this by clicking the settings cog in the top left corner --> clicking 're-order page' --> dragging and dropping the sections to your desired order.

You can delete sections from here, too by finding the section you want to remove --> clicking the trash can.

Changing your fonts and colours

You can update the font, colours, and button styles for your page by clicking the settings cog in the top left corner --> clicking 're-order page' --> updating your fonts and colours to match your company's brand and style

Updating your navigation links

You can link out to your company's social media pages (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and more) by clicking the settings cog in the top left corner --> clicking 'navigation links' --> updating your urls and links for whichever services you'd like to promote. These will then appear in the header or footer depending on which settings you choose!
