To update your Candidate Data Retention Policy you can follow the below steps:
Head to Settings
Click "Data &Privacy"
Click "GDPR"
You will then have a drop down list to choose the amount of time you wish to retain candidate data for. The options start from 6 months up to 24 months.
Please note: A candidate can still request for their data to be deleted prior to the "automatic deadline" you are setting up through this section.
Once you select the amount of time you wish to retain this data for, you can select when the "countdown" starts from the list of options visible in this section.
Once you have selected all the above, you can also update the email template that will be sent to the candidate.
And just like that, you are all done!
