Note: Only Super Admins can do this

As you'll know, review cycles can be set up by Super Admins, but once this has been done, only the reviewer and reviewee of each individual review within the cycle has access to each other's responses, and anyone not involved with the review will not have access.

Super Admins can, however, export entire review cycles as well as individual reviews once the cycle has ended. This will then allow you to download a CSV file that can then be uploaded to a spreadsheet, enabling you to see all responses shared. This can then be shared with anyone with a business need to oversee reviews that wouldn't ordinarily be able to view this within Charlie.

To do this, head to Grow>Reviews and tap on any completed reviews, and then simply tap on 'Export Review', and we will prepare the file for you. You'll then see a pop up letting you know your file is ready for download, and you can then just tap 'Download'
