Note: Only Admins and Super Admins are able to do this
You are able to extend an ongoing review cycle in as well as re-open a closed review cycle in Charlie.
To extend an ongoing review cycle:
Expand the Grow section on the lefthand side
Click the Reviews tab
Click on the review cycle you’d like to extend the end date of
Click on the Cycle Actions button
Click Edit Cycle Settings
Edit the end date and click ‘Save changes’
To re-open closed review cycle and set a new end date:
Expand the Grow Section on the lefthand side
Click Reviews tab
Click on the history tab
Click on the review cycle you’d like to re-open
Click on the Cycle Actions button
Click Edit Cycle Settings
Enter the new end date and click ‘Save changes’
Note: Changing the date will do so for all reviews in that cycle. However, completed reviews will not be able to be edited.
