Users can integrate with Microsoft for emails and see correspondence with candidates against their candidate record or in the communication centre.
Note: If you do not use Microsoft or Google then you will not be able to automate communications from Recruit at present.
To connect Charlie Recruit with your Microsoft account:
Head to your "Settings" page
Click "integrations"
Then "My integrations" and then click on "Microsoft"
Follow the steps on the page to complete your sign in and connection
Now your two accounts are connected and correspondence should be visible in your communications centre as well as the candidate profile!
