As a Charlie Recruit Account Owner or Admin, you can change the permission levels for team members who have activated their accounts from Charlie Recruit. To do this, go to Charlie Recruit and go to Settings --> Company --> Team --> Find your team member --> Change permission level --> Submit.
Note, if you are downgrading access from Admin or User to Reviewer, all the tasks they were managing or owning will transfer to the Account Owner.
