Need to edit or cancel an approved booking in the future?
Go to your profile by clicking in the top lefthand corner
Select the 'Time' tab
In the upcoming time off section, find the booking you are looking for, and click the pencil icon to edit and the bin icon to cancel it
If you are editing it, enter the new date range, any notes and click 'Submit'.
Your time off approver(s) will be notified of changes you make.
Need to cancel or edit time off that has already occurred?
Team member's are not able to edit or cancel time off in the past, you will need to ask your Line Manager, Team Lead, or a company Admin to make that change on your behalf by following these steps:
Go to your profile.
Select the 'Time' tab.ย
Scroll down to the 'Past events' section
On the booking, click the edit icon and enter the new date range
or select the bin icon to cancel the time off
Click on 'Submit Decision'
Cancelling sick leave that has already occurred:
As a team member, you cannot simply delete a sick day that has already occurred. You will need to ask your team lead, line manager or company admin to delete on your behalf following the below steps:
To delete a sick day in the past:
Head to the team member's profile
Click on their time tab
Scroll down to past time off
Click the bin icon next to the sick leave you want to delete.
Done!
Deleting a sick day follows the same steps as cancelling any other leave request however, as mentioned above, if this has already occurred it will always require approval.
And just like that you are all done!
