In a review cycle a reviewer may ask you to submit some feedback on a team member they are reviewing. You can respond to this request by clicking on the link in the email below:

Or you can also find all of your peer feedback requests by clicking through to your Reviews Activity page. To answer a request just click into one and either send a response or decline the request.
