Learn how to store additional information directly on team member profiles!

Note: Only Super Admins/Admins can create custom cards.

Custom cards are great for storing any information that does not fit in any natural fields within Charlie. They can be populated by a team member themselves, or on their behalf, and included in custom reports. Custom cards can also be used to store information on company and office pages to easily share snippets of important information with your team!

You can create templates in one place for team member profiles, offices and your company page.

Creating a Team Member profile custom card type

  1. Expand 'Company' in the lefthand navigation

  2. Click on 'Settings'

  3. Select 'Information'

  4. Click 'Add New Card Type' under Team Member

    1. Populate the name

    2. Choose your content type

    3. Select the permissions for the card.

  5. Click 'Create card type'

  6. All done!

Note: The checklist custom card is not able to be pulled into a custom report.

Creating a custom card type directly on team member profiles

You can also create custom cards directly on a team member's profile. Once created here you can use it across all profiles on your account.

  1. Click on 'People' in the lefthand navigation

  2. Select any team member and head to their Personal Details tab

  3. Scroll towards the bottom where you will find a section titled 'Other Information'

  4. Click 'Add new information'

  5. Select 'New'

    1. Populate the name

    2. Choose your content type

    3. Select the permissions for the card.

  6. Click 'Create card type'

  7. All done!
