Need to send a reminder to your team members?

Super admins and admins can send an invitation reminder to their team member's by following these quick steps:

  • Head to the team member's profile

  • Click on their settings tab

  • Click on 'Remind Them' and an new invitation will be sent to the team member

Troubleshooting: Has a team member not received their invitation?

If you try to send an invitation to a team member who's email address has not been set up, there is a chance that our system will recognise it is not a valid email address and prevent any future emails going out.

If you believe this has happened please get in touch with our support team via LiveChat to remove that bounce and re-send an invite.
