After creating a review cycle you may realise that a different set of questions is needed to inform the review conversations - in these cases you will need to change the template. 

Note: You can only change the template in review cycles that haven’t started yet. Because if the cycle has already started, people may have started answering the questions from it.

Step 1: Navigate to the Reviews section
Step 2: Click on the specific cycle you’d like to change the template for
Step 3: Click on the Cycle Actions button
Step 4: Click Edit Cycle Settings
Step 5: Pick a new template and click ‘Save changes’
