Note: The account owner and Admins will have visibility of the kanban for all roles
Where is your kanban board?
When creating a new role, a kanban is automatically created to help you manage your recruitment stages and candidate. By clicking on a job title though your Jobs page, you will be taken to the kanban where you will see each stage, and the candidates that sit within it:
Why do my candidates have different colours?
The kanban shows candidates in 2 separate colours to represent which candidates have been viewed and which candidates have not.
A candidate that appears with a dark blue colour has not been previously been viewed, while any candidate that appears in a light colour has been viewed previously. This separation allows you as the "viewer" to quickly identify which candidates you have previously viewed or not, so you can easily and quickly identify new and old candidates.
When clicking on a candidate to view their profile, you will also be able to see who the last person that viewed their profile was. This will appear on the top left under the role title.
Please do note however, that this colourful separation only applies to the individual viewing the kanban, meaning that if you have viewed all candidates for that role, they will not appear in a light colour for another "viewer".

How do I move a candidate from one stage to another?
Simply drag and drop your candidates from one stage to another, as they move through the process.
If you wish to move multiple candidates to the next stage you can simply select them and through the options that appear at the bottom of the page, select "move to" and then "next stage".
Can I manually add a candidate to the kanban?
If you wish to add a new candidate, simply click the plus icon on the top right corner of your screen. You can then fill in the information you have for this candidate, and they will appear on your kanban as soon as you "save" the candidate.
You can also add a candidate from your talent pools to a role you are hiring, by navigating to your candidates page, clicking the three dots next to a candidate and selecting "add to job"
How can I find the specific candidate I am looking for through the kanban?
You can use the candidate search tool in the top right to search a candidate's name, and you can 'Sort' these candidates by date added or name, via the Sort By button.
Can I filter which candidates I am viewing?
If you click to Filter this view, you can choose to view candidates added from a specific source, or who are sitting at a specific stage etc. This is also how you find your unsuccessful candidates - simply tick the box to view them and you will be shown all of the candidates that you've marked as unsuccessful (make sure to clear this filter to see your active candidates again).
And just like that, you are now an expert on managing your kanban!
