Note: Only Admins, Super Admins and Reviewers will be able to select or edit peers. The reviewee will not have the ability to edit who submits peer feedback for them.
Peers can be included only in review cycles that are using a review template that include peer feedback. Before attempting to select and set peers, please ensure that you are using the correct template.
Selecting peers for a review cycle
During the Initial set up of the review cycle, as it can only be create by an Admin or Super admin, they would be the only permissions able to select peers.
As an Admin, when going through the review set up steps, you will have the option to select, peers from the reviewee's team, the same peers for all participants, or custom peers for all participants.
This is not the only location where peers can bee selected so if you do wish to make further changes, you can do so from the review dashboard.
Editing peers after a review cycle has been created
If you have selected "Custom" for peers, or have decided to make changes to some of the peers you have selected, you can do so through the review dashboard prior to scheduling or launching the review.
Simply navigate to the review's you wish to make changes to, click "edit" and then click "edit peers". You will then have the option to add or remove peers from this particular review.
This Edits can be made during the scheduling, before the review launches and after.
Note: at this stage of the review creation only Admins and Super Admins will have the ability to make edits to the peer's selected.
Making edits as a reviewer
As a reviewer, regardless of your permissions you will have the ability to select which peers submit feedback, however if you are a Team Member you will only be able to make changes or select peers only after a review cycles has launched.
If you wish to edit the reviewers, simply navigate to the review cycles through Grow-> Reviews, and click "edit" and then "edit peers". You will only be able to do this for reviews you are the reviewer in.
You can then select new peers, or remove any that you no longer wish to collect feedback from.
Peers can also be added from within the review following the same steps.
Please note:
If a peer has been selected but removed after the feedback request was sent they will no longer be able to submit feedback but will still have received an email request.
If a peer has submitted feedback and then removed we cannot ensure that the reviewee has not seen the feedback submitted as they would have received an email notification
