Note: Only Super Admins/Admins can do this.

To create checklist template on Charlie:

  1. Select 'Checklists' from the 'Grow' section in the side navigation.

  2. Select 'Templates' tab from within Checklists.

  3. Select 'Create a new template'.

  4. Create a title and add an assignee if you want someone to own the checklist.

  5. Select 'Save template'.

  6. Add tasks to the saved template. Assign owners to the task if you want them to usually handle this task.

  7. Keep filling up your checklist until you're happy everything is covered.

  8. Then apply the checklist to team members from the bottom of the page.

And just like that, you are all done!
