Your Monthly Invoices and Billing Admin

A guide to finding your Charlie invoices and your billing Admin settigns

Note: Only Admins and Super Admins can access the billing section of Charlie, or set a billing owner.

All of your billing information can be found in one section within your Charlie account.

Where can I find my invoices?

You are able to download your CharlieHR software invoices from your account!

  1. Navigate to Company

  2. Select Settings

  3. Select the Billing tab

  4. Scroll until you see all of your invoices


A copy of your invoice will still be sent to the billing admin on your account βœ‰οΈ

or a custom billing email if provided.

The sender for this email will be CharlieHR, sent from the email address notifications@quaderno.io

It is currently only possible to set one billing admin per Charlie account.


How can I set a billing admin?

To change the billing admin:

  1. Select Company from the navigation menu

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click on the Billing tab within Settings page

  4. You can then change the billing owner by selecting a team member from the drop down list provided

  5. You can also set a custom email address to receive your invoices for example a general finance or accounts email inbox.
