Note: Only Admins and Super Admins can enable this feature on Charlie.
By default, only admins and super admins are able to set up review cycles using templates. Enabling this feature allows line managers to set up and run review cycles of their own.
Line managers will be able to:
View and use all templates
Create review cycles with themselves as the reviewer, and their line reports as the reviewees
Request anyone from the company to be a peer as part of those review cycles
Manage their own cycles fully including deletion
Line managers will not be able to:
Create, edit or duplicate templates
See, access or manage review cycles that are not run by them.
Review anyone other than their current line reports
To enable this on your Charlie account:
from your home page head to "Grow"
Then "Settings"
And toggle the "line manager led review cycles" feature on
Click "Confirm"
You will also be able to view the "Feature setting history" with a log of all (if any) times this feature has been enabled and by who.
Just like that this feature is now enabled on your account.
