Note: You will only be able to schedule a review cycle if an Admin or Super Admin has enable this feature for your organisation.
Scheduling a review cycle as a line manager on Charlie is simple. The fields are dynamic meaning you will be able to simply select all of your line reports or specific ones, and you are automatically marked as their reviewer. This set up depends on you being set as a team members line manager in their profile.
Do note that you will not have the ability to create your own templates or edit existing ones. You will be able to use existing templates that have been created by your account Admins. If there are any edits you require for the review cycle you are creating, please communicate with them first.
To schedule a review cycle as a Line Manager:
From your homepage head to "Grow"
Then "Reviews"
Click "New cycle" to begin your set up
Select which template you wish to use in this cycle
This could be a probation review, or a 360 performance review.
At this point you will see a preview of the questions included in the template you have selected.
Click "next" to navigate to the next part of this cycle set up
Select your participants
All of your line reports OR
Specific team members
Select who the peers will be for your participants
"Custom", will give you the option to select the peers later
"Same peers for everyone" will mean that this selection will apply to all reviewees
"Peers from the reviewee's team" is a dynamic field and will invite anyone who is a member of a team your line reports are also a part of.
Then click next to navigate to the scheduling stage of your review
Here you will be able to select the launch and end date of your review, as well as edit the email notification you line reports will receive.
Once you are happy click "schedule"
And just like that you are all done and ready to go!
