We are sorry to hear that you are considering cancelling your Charlie subscription. Your business means a lot to us but we understand that some times business needs change over time.
Cancelling your Charlie account can be done via email request to the subscriptions@charliehr.com email address, and a member of our team will be reaching out to you within 24 hours to discuss your cancellation details with you.
The Charlie core software is a monthly rolling subscription without a minimum commitment term*, but a 30-day notice in line with your billing date will be required to process your cancellation.
Requesting cancellation from your Charlie account:
Navigate to the Company page
Then settings
Scroll until you see "Thinking of leaving Charlie"
Click the "get in touch" button and email your cancellation request to us.
Please confirm the reasons of your cancellation in that email.
*Some charlie subscriptions have a minimum commitment term. You can confirm with our support team what your agreement with Charlie is, and what your notice period will be.
