Note: Only Admins and Super Admins have the ability to create and assign a new policy on Charlie.
Charlie allows you to create an manage different Leave Policies, each with a different total allowance or included leave types. This could be due to different contactual agreements or for international teams as well as length of service.
To create a new Leave Policy follow these simple steps:
From your home page head to "Time"
Then click on "Settings" to find your time off set up
When you see "Leave Policies" click "add policy"
You can then begin adding the details for your new leave policy
These would be the total allowance
If Public holidays are included in the allowance or in addition to it
Your carry over rules and
Which leave types would be available to any user assigned this policy
Once you are happy with all of the settings simply click save
Once this policy is save you can assign it to any employee, guidance on this here.
