The Company Health Assessment is where you tell us about the policies, processes and practices currently in place across your organisation. It gives us a clear picture of how your company is operating from a people and culture perspective.
The assessment takes around 2 hours to complete and includes approximately 94 questions in total. These cover key areas like hiring, onboarding, performance management, wellbeing, inclusion and more - all essential to understanding your company's overall health.
The platform will guide you step by step through each section. You'll need a good understanding of your company’s people policies, and you might need to reach out to colleagues to fill in some of the gaps. It's a good idea to scan through the questions in advance so you know where collaboration may be needed.
You must complete all sections to finish the assessment, but don’t worry – if there are areas you haven’t yet developed, you can simply skip those questions. You can also save your progress and return to the assessment at any time.
Once you complete a section, a green checkbox will appear ✅. This means the section is locked and you can no longer make changes to it.
⚠️ Important: Only click 'Save and Finish' when you’re confident the section is complete and accurate. If you’re still gathering input, use 'Save & Close' so you can return to it later.
