Setting and changing the billing admin

Make sure the correct person is receiving receipts and invoices

Note: Only Super Admins/Admins can do this.

To change the billing admin:

  • Select Company from the navigation menu

  • Click on Settings

  • Click on the Billing tab within Settings page

  • You can then change the billing owner by selecting a team member from the drop down list provided

  • You can also set a custom email address to receive your invoices for example a general finance or accounts email inbox.

The monthly email receipts will now be sent to this contact.
