Note: Only Admins and Super Admins have the ability to schedule, edit, and run reviews as well as create and view template.

With the new updates any drafted reviews you might have using the older versions of Charlie template, will not be able to be scheduled unless they are updated. Draft reviews using legacy charlie templates will appear in the same section as all other review cycles, but will be grouped under the "Current Cycles" Section as seen below.

This article will walk you through how to update these templates to the new reviews flow, which will allow you to run them.

How to update a draft review that uses a legacy template?

  1. Navigate to "Grow"

  2. Click to open the "Reviews" Section

  3. Scroll until you see "Current Cycles"

  4. Locate the draft cycle you wish to run and click to open it

  5. You will now see the options to either update or delete this draft cycle.

    1. If you click to delete, this cycle will be deleted immediately

    2. If you click to update, you will need to add any missing steps to save the draft and regain the ability to run that cycle.

  6. Once the cycle is saved, it will appear under the "Review Cycles" table with the rest of your live and draft reviews (image 2) .

In some cases if the template used in the draft cycle include questions in a no longer supported format, you will have the option to "Duplicate" the draft or "Delete" before proceeding. Simply select which option is most suitable.

If you select to delete the cycle, this will be actioned immediately and the draft will not be restorable.

If you decide to duplicate the draft and convert the format to the new reviews template, it will move to the "Review Cycles" table with the rest of your draft reviews.

And Just like that you are able to run this drafted cycle.
