Note: Only Admins and Super Admins are able to do this

Changing a reviewer on Charlie can be done at a few different stages, During the scheduling of a review, once it has been scheduled and after it has launched. However, once a review has launched and feedback has already been submitted, you will not be able to update the reviewer.

Note: If feedback has already been submitted, you will not be able to edit the reviewer. If changing the reviewer after feedback has been submitted is of great importance, please reach out to our support team who will be able to advise further.

Simply navigate to the review cycle you wish to make these edits to and locate the review you want to edit the reviewer for.

You can then click "edit" and "edit reviewer".

And just like that you have updated the reviewer.
