A quick guide on how candidate sentiment is tracked within candidate profiles and your kanban

Note: The account owner and Recruit Admins will have visibility of all roles and candidates.

In Charlie Recruit all users involved in the recruitment of a new role, will have the ability to add their sentiment on a candidate profile. Whether they like, dislike or feel neutral about a candidate, they will have the option to record that within the candidate profile.

This sentiment will then be stored within the candidate profile under their "Notes" tab, but it will also be visible to other users through the kanban to allow easy visibility, without the need to visit each profile.

This sentiment is recorded individually for each user, but the totals will appear for every user involved in hiring, allowing visibility and individual opinions.

To record your opinion of a candidate

  1. Click to view the candidate profile

  2. At the top of their personal information section you will have the option to record a positive, negative or a neutral remark

  3. Once that is logged it will appear in the "Notes" section of the candidate profile as well as under their name on the kanban, and it will include a timestamp of the remark being recorded

Kanban likes

You will also have the ability to edit your remark if your opinion changes later on

And just like that, your hiring team can all record and preserve their individual opinions within your candidate profiles
