What does Insights send to employees?

We only contact employees to complete the survey, here’s what we send.

When you send a survey, Insights emails each employee a secure link where they consent to the privacy notice and provide their answers.

After that, Insights sends up to 3 reminders every 3 working days to employees who haven't completed their survey yet. To enhance privacy we don't reveal which individuals haven't completed, but the system knows who to remind.

The invitation email will be from [email protected] with the subject line Your Company Needs You! It will contain the name of the Charlie Insights Team Owner as we found mentioning a person boosts engagement and comfort that the survey request was legit.

We suggest having employees add us to their contacts to ensure our emails arrive safely!
