Re-audit with a new survey

We recommend you send a new employee survey every 6-12 months, allowing you to track changes over time.

A new survey will refresh your insights and show what's changed in employees' experiences. You'll also be able to see changes in the demographic make-up of your organisation, and of course, invite new employees to take part.

1. Update strategy

Review your recommendations in Strategy and will the support of our HR Advice team update the statuses of any you've completed since the last Audit.

2. Create a new session

Once you’re happy you’ve completed all the strategy actions on both the company assessment and company survey you can start a new session.

The actions from the company survey and company assessment don’t need to run simultaneously, you may find you’ve made more progress on one vs the other - which is fine.

If you’re unsure, on your next steps, feel free to book in a call with our HR advice team [email protected] or chat to us, via the chat function below and we’ll guide you through the best next steps.

3. Send the survey

Once 6 months has passed and you’re feeling read to send a new company survey, you can do this through the survey tab and simply launch survey

4. Review your company assessment

Your Company Assessment answers save, so that you don't need to start from scratch, but we recommend you take 20-30 minutes to review the answers even if you're already at 100% complete.

In particular, the Outcomes questions for Hiring, Performance, Promotion, Pay & bonus, and Learning & development are likely to have changed since they specifically ask about the last 6-12 months.

5. Review report changes

The day after the engagement survey hits 75% and complete and the company assessment is at 100%, your results will be available to view

As a re-audit, there'll also be a changelog available via the Insights homepage

Here you can quickly see the changes from this session.

6. Book an Insights call

Time to talk to one of us! When you've had chance to review your Reports a little, let us know so we can book an Insights call (hit the chat bubble or email [email protected]).

We're not D&I consultants, but we are experts so we'll help you make sense of the numbers and choose a focus.
