Enabling required review summaries

Note: Only Admins and Super Admins can enable these settings.

Review summaries are the final step of a review in Charlie. Review summaries whether optional on required will be available for the reviewer to complete.

If required, the review will show as "incomplete" as a required step will me missing. If optional, the reviewer will still have the option to complete it, but it will not count toward the completion of the review as it is not a required step.

Enabling required review summaries is not a retroactive setting, meaning only cycles created after the setting was enable will require the review summary as a mandatory step. This setting is applied to all review cycles, so you will not be able to disable the requirement at cycle level.
