Team members can enable Microsoft SSO to easily sign into their Charlie accounts.
To enable Microsoft Single Sign On:
Log into your Charlie account with your Charlie login email and password
Go to your Profile
Click the Settings tab
Scroll down to Microsoft Single Sign On at the bottom of the page
Click Authorise
Follow the steps on the Microsoft Page that pops up
And just like that, you are all done!
If a team member is getting this error when trying to log in with SSO:
It could be they have not enabled SSO within their account, they can login with their Charlie account email address and password and then follow the steps above to see if they have enabled SSO or to enable the option.
