We consider a review as having three steps:
Reviewee shares the answers to their prep questions
Reviewer shares the answers to their prep questions
Review meeting happens & reviewer completes review
A review is only considered completed once all three steps have been done. These three steps are signified by the three dots on your review cycle page.
The final step - having the meeting and reviewer completing review - is confirmed by the reviewer and we recommend submitting a meeting summary alongside the confirmation.
Important to note:
If a review appear to not have peer feedback as a completed step on the review cycle, even though it was submitted by the peer, it means that the reviewer has yet to share the submission with the reviewee.
