Note: Only admins or super admins can create a review cycle.

In Charlie, a review cycle is the period of time you set for review participants to complete all steps of their review:

The steps include:

  • Reviewee submission

  • Reviewer submission

  • Reviewer notes post or during a review meeting

  • Optionally peer feedback

Once a review cycle has been created and scheduled

On the day of the review launch all participants will receive an email letting them know the cycle has begun. Participants also receive an email reminder half way through the review cycle and each time feedback is shared with them in the review.

All reviews will then be locked at the end of the cycle (the date set by the Admins) - however a cycle can always be extended if necessary.

Super Admins will be able to create and see all reviews, and review content in all states (upcoming, in progress, ending soon, and ended).

Team Members will only be able to see reviews that they are participating in either as a reviewer or as a reviewee.

For Admins

These review cycles can be seen on the Grow tab->Reviews-> Activity page

  1. Draft- Draft of a review cycle that has not had a start date or end date set

  2. Coming up - review cycle has not yet launched

  3. Starting today - review cycle launched today

  4. In progress - review cycle has started and has five or more days left

  5. Ending soon - review cycle is ending within five days
