How to set up reading confirmation for policies?
When you add a new policy or update an existing one, you are asked if you need the team members to confirm reading and understanding the policies. If you want this feature, you can easily toggle it on.
How can team members confirm reading a policy?
The next time team members view policy pages, they'll view a prompt to confirm reading and understanding the policy.
How to ask for reading confirmation after policies are updated?
Sometimes, when a policy changes significantly, you may want team members to confirm they’ve read it again. You can require a new confirmation even if they’ve already acknowledged the policy before the changes.
To do this, simply toggle on the Following this update, a new reading confirmation is required option.
How to view what policies have been confirmed as read?
Admins and Super Admins can view all policy pages that require reading confirmation. They can also see which team members have confirmed each policy and the date of confirmation.
You just need to select Handbook Actions on Handbook and Policies page and click on Read Confirmations.
