When you are ready to start creating your very own template
Once you have identified all of the feedback you are hoping to gather, pulled together your questions, and are ready to start creating this template, you can start following the below steps:
From your homepage head to the Grow -> Reviews -> Templates section of Charlie
Here will see an array of templates we have put together, as well as a button to "Create template"
Once you click that button you will have the option to add a title, a description as well as select what feedback you wish to gather (Reviewee, Reviewer and Peer).
At this point, you also have the option to populate questions from existing templates you have created in the past, as well as Charlie templates
Once you have added this information and selected what feedback you will be collecting, you can start typing the questions and the instructions for each section (Reviewee, Reviewer, and Peer)
For each question, you will have the option to choose the format of the answer
Once you feel confident in what you have created, you can click "Save template" at the bottom of the page. (Ensure the title of the template is not already in use)
Your template will then be stored in Charlie and you will be able to use it whenever you want. - You will also be prompted to use this template straight away but if your cycle is not planned for the present you can always skip this step.
Please Note: If you have started creating a template but left or closed the page before saving, all of your progress will be lost. Please ensure that you have completed and saved your template before leaving Charlie, as we do not have the ability to recover your progress.
What do response fields look like for the participants?
Response fields fro 5 point scale questions, will appear as buttons for the participant to select their answers from. Each question can utilise a different scale or the same for each question.
Response fields for text responses will simply appear as a text box for the participant to type their response to the review question.
Note: Please allow a few seconds for your responses to be saved as a draft. If you close the page before a draft is save you might lose all of your progress.
Before submitting your answers go through them one more time as once responses have been submitted, they cannot be edited.
