To ensure that you remember to run probation reviews at the right time we have prompts during team member onboarding for you to schedule the review in.

When a new Team Member onboards the Super Admins are emailed - this email will include a prompt to set-up a probation reviews.

When a new team member is added - a link to create a probation review will be present.
