Admins and Super Admins will be able to see the progress summaries for the whole review cycle and are able to make changes to the cycle.

Reviewers will also see this page, but it will only show them the reviews that they are participating in (both as a reviewee and a reviewer). They will not be able to make any changes to the overall cycle or to any individual reviews.
